We are a private equity holding that invests in tactical opportunities alongside specialist entrepreneurs and management teams with whom we generate value through operational focus and innovation.

Our investments meet a defined set of criteria based on our own research and analysis. We focus on markets driven by secular macro-trends but target companies lack the ability to execute on the growth opportunity due to external, ephemeral factors which we can respond to. These situations create a risk-return asymmetry that is central to our investment strategy.

Once a transaction has been identified, we define a value creation plan that focuses on risk mitigation and downside protection. Our operating partners ensure a hands-on approach derived from a geographical and/ or industrial expertise and experience. They are onboarded based on extensive criteria, drawing on our track record in private equity, special situations, and credit.

We work on a deal-by-deal basis and focus on opportunities which require an investment from €10m to >€100m. Occasionally, we team up with other sponsors. The goal is to combine the operational focus of our partners with our analytical work, private equity experience, and structuring expertise.
